We were frustred with existing customer service platforms from both the customer standpoint and the business side of things. Waiting in a queue on a website and not being able to leave your computer without the chat being cancelled is just not acceptable to us. Also having employees have to login and monitor yet another business application to respond to customers was also not acceptable.
And so TurboChat was born.
